  1. We take utmost care in supplying quality product. In case of error in packing or damages to the product while in transit, We took responsibility and replace the items.
  2. Kindly take a video of opening the package/products.
  3. Complaint on product ,if any should be made within 24 Hours of parcel received.
  4. Uninterrupted video of parcel opening should be attached with the complaint, without which the complaint shall not be entertained.

  7. A refund can be made in case of the unavailability of the same product.
  8. Buyer must return the parcel in any of the registered domestic courier companies (Amount maximum 100rupee will be provided as return shipping charges).
  9. Orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for the another product. If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us ,the item can be replaced for an equivalent value item, or a refund for that particular item will be provided.
  10. The refund processing would be 5 to 7 working days considering the type of transaction. No refund shall be given for courier returns.
