REPLACEMENT / REFUND POLICY

- We take utmost care in supplying quality product. In case of error in packing or damages to the product while in transit, We took responsibility and replace the items.
- Kindly take a video of opening the package/products.
- Complaint on product ,if any should be made within 24 Hours of parcel received.
- Uninterrupted video of parcel opening should be attached with the complaint, without which the complaint shall not be entertained.
- Send us complaint & video to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We will replace the product only in case of damage in transit.
- A refund can be made in case of the unavailability of the same product.
- Buyer must return the parcel in any of the registered domestic courier companies (Amount maximum 100rupee will be provided as return shipping charges).
- Orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for the another product. If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us ,the item can be replaced for an equivalent value item, or a refund for that particular item will be provided.
- The refund processing would be 5 to 7 working days considering the type of transaction. No refund shall be given for courier returns.
